Book Corrections

Occasionally we have corrections that need to be made to our books. Below you will a list of corrections to all quilting books we have published. If you have any questions, please Contact Us.

Runnerlicious

On page 5 in the pattern “Hourglass”

~under the Fabric Requirements, it should read Solid (Star Points) and medium Print (Accent)

~in the second column under cutting instructions for dark where it reads (2) 3-1/2″ x 8-1/4″ rectangles it should read:

From dark: (2) 3-1/2″ x 8-3/4″ rectangles. 

on page 17 in the pattern “Revival”

under FABRIC REQUIREMENTS, it should read 3/4 yard for Dark yardage

under CUTTING it should read
From medium:  cut (40) 1-1/2″ squares~instead of (4) 1-1/2″ squares
From dark:   cut (66) 1-1/2″ squares~instead of (2) 1-1/2″ squares

From 2013 MN Shop Hop

From dark:

– (9) 2 1/2″ strips x width of fabric-subcut into (216) EZ Angle triangles


Positively Runners

On page 31 in the pattern “Crossroads” in the second column under the cutting instructions for border print where it reads (2) 3-1/2″ x 19″ strips it should read:

From border print: (2) 3-1/2″ x 20″ strips. 


Runnermania

On page 8 in the pattern “Twist n’ Shout” in the first column where it says (2) 6-1/2″ squares it should read:

Cutting:

From print:

(2) 7″ squares-subcut once, for a total of 4 triangles

In the 2nd column, 3rd paragraph down it should also be changed to reflect the change in cutting. It should read: 

     side of a 7″ print triangle

This is a challenging pattern and accurate seam allowance will also be important in this project for ease in proofing.

On page 10 PINEAPPLE TWIST

From neutral: (28) 1 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ rectangles

CUTTING: 

From neutral:

  • (3) 5-1/2″ strips x width of fabric-subcut into (14) Companion Angle triangles and (2) Easy Angle triangles

From EACH assorted print:

  • (6) 5-1/2″ strips x width of fabric-subcut into (28) Companion Angle triangles and (2) Easy Angle triangles

From light print:

  • (3) 5-1/2″ strips x width of fabric-subcut into (14) Companion Angle triangles and (2) Easy Angle triangles

Celebrate page 9, second column:
When attaching the outer border, sew the shorter outer border strips to each side, top and bottom, then sew the longer outer border strips to the angled sides. 


Stashblasters – Chutes n’ Ladders

Page 8 at the bottom of the second column, the diagram is incorrect for the (3) dark print sections. The flying geese in the diagram should be reversed, so that the flying geese points are pointing towards the 8-1/2″ dark print squares, not away from them. Please refer to the color diagram for correct placement. 


Imagination

Page 26 in the cutting instructions, it should read…

    From dark print:
        (16) 3-1/2″ squares

Page 27 in assembly instructions in the top of the left column, it should read…

        Position a 3-1/2″ dark print square on one end of a
        3-1/2″ x 6-1/2″ neutral rectangle.

The flying geese diagrams are incorrect throughout the pattern, refer to flying geese instructions on page 21. To make your project like the color picture refer to page 15.


Serenity

Page 28 in the cutting instructions, it should read…

From border #4 & outer border:
(8) 1-1/2″ x 6-1/4″ strips
(8) 1-1/2″ x 8-1/4″ strips

After sewing on the dark strips, Sew a 7″ x 54-1/2″ focal fabric strip teach side of the quilt.  Sew a 7″ x 57-1/2″ focal fabric strip to the top and bottom.
